  Preventative maintenance evaluations are designed to assist with the standard maintenance requirements for single family homes during the on-boarding process. We also require preventative maintenance inspections twice per year or as needed for $100 each.

We provide detail, organized, accessible, and backed-up move-in property condition reports.  It's very effective to have the property documented with pictures and video for easy comparisons. It helps eliminate any legal recourse a tenant may pursue over a security deposit during move-out.  

      Often times, a tenant disagrees with the amount of security deposit refunded because they claim they left the home in “perfect” condition – when that may not be the case. Having clear and concise move-in and out inspections for comparisons can eliminate any legal disputes very quickly by providing hard evidence to back up any withheld deposits at move-out.
